Our surgery ward is equal to a human hospital surgery. Our ultra-sound and x-ray technology is state-of-the-art. Our dentistry care includes much of what you’ll find in your own dentist office. And of course we have all of the specialized instruments and procedures required by our very special patients.
But most of all it’s our people who make the difference. At the core is our group of veterinarians. Each doctor has special interests and expertise. We routinely discuss our patients to gain insight and suggestions. We form a consensus to address our more difficult cases. This team approach guarantees that you always get a second opinion. We also have Board Certified specialists on retainer to consult with us and provide additional expertise in radiology and other fields.
Continuing education is a vital part of the commitment our doctors and RVTs make. Each one attends conferences, discussion groups, keeps current with the literature...does everything possible to assure all the latest and best information is used when treating your pet.
Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital was founded in 1959 with a passion for all animal species, large and small. Our passion is as great today as it was then. We freely contribute our services and expertise when we work with all forms of wildlife. Our staff has its own chapter of Therapy Dogs who bring such joy to those in area hospitals. Our cost is competitive while our care remains individualized. Generations of our animal patients have graced us with their friendship and gratitude.
