Overview
We pride ourselves on being an all-inclusive resort destination for all of our guests. Walks, one-on-one time, and extra love and attention are given at no extra charge to you. It’s all part of the experience with us!
Our resort offers deluxe, standard and junior suites. Our deluxe suites are equipped with webcams so you can check on your pets while you are away.
We offer four to five walks a day and extra love and attention for your pet at no extra charge to you.

We offer cat condos for our feline friends. Each condo is multi-level and has sleeping and litter box compartments for privacy along with large windows for looking outside.

Pick Up & Drop Off
Regular Check-Out Hours: Between 7 am to noon
Early Check-In Fee: $34, $39 (before 12 pm)

Pick-up is not available after 7pm
Pick-up and Drop-off not available on National Holidays. A minimum two night stay is required on National Holidays.
(New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.)

Holiday Deposit
Reservation of suites/condos during all major holidays will require a 20% deposit per pet. This deposit will be collected at the time the reservation is being booked. Clients will receive a refund of entire deposit if they cancel more than 7 days in advance from arrival date. If within 7 days there will not be refund.
Personal Items
We provide multiple comfortable bedding options for all of our guests. We highly suggest that you do not bring any important or valuable bedding items or toys because we cannot guarantee that you will receive them back at the end of your pets stay. These items may get lost or damaged and we will consider them to be a donation to our Boarding Facility.
